I was born and raised in a small town called Martinsville VA (Known for the Martinsville Speedway & NASCAR racing). Since a young age, I have always had a love for computers and technology. To further expand my knowledge and education, I attended ECPI University where I obtained my Associate's in Business Administration and Bachelor's in Computer Science. 

Throughout my career, I have accumulated 13 years of customer service experience across industries such as telecommunications, e-commerce, insurance, and healthcare. With the use of my problem solving and multi-disciplinary skills, I was able to pivot into the IT field in the role of a Business Analyst/QA tester in 2019. As a Business Analyst, I strive to examine every aspect of a situation to provide context and identify opportunities to drive the project forward.

Looking ahead to 2025, I am actively pursuing a career in Business Implementation and Cybersecurity GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) roles. I am driven by my commitment to further contribute to the dynamic field of Information Security and to creating seamless user experiences.
